We understand that sometimes returns and exchanges are
necessary. We want to make sure we process your return or exchange in a timely
manner.  Your unworn, unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 30
days of ship date.  Damaged Items:If you receive an item damaged You must
contact us  at  cs@eluxurypets.com  or by phone within 48
hours  of receipt of damaged or incorrect shipments. Manufacture defects:
eluxurypets.com has a three month return policy for manufacture defects, 
this does not include wear or comfort.  when item is received the
manufacturer will evaluate product and if defect is found we will replace item.
If item is not found defective item will be returned to you and you will be
responsible for return shipping cost.  All other returns/exchanges 
simply follow the guidelines below. |

Returns & RMA (Return Merchandise
Approval): |
| You can return unworn, unused items within 30 days of
ship date for a refund, less the original shipping and handling fees. The refund
will include the retail price paid, plus any applicable sales tax. |
| The customer is responsible for all return freight
charges,  tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your
protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable
carrier. Refunds can only be issued against the credit card used on the original
order. Please create  a return form on link below all returns
must have a  RMA form. Returns or Exchanges lacking
an RMA form will not be accepted, and you will be charged for return shipping
fees. |

| Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our
warehouse for your return and refund to be processed. If your refund does not
appear on your statement within four weeks or one billing cycle, please contact us. |
